Mrs. Johnnie Jo Dickenson has been appointed by judges at the District,
Probate
and County Court-at-Law levels in the State of Texas to locate Missing
Heirs in Estate Cases and has been Certified as an Expert Witness
in those courts. She has been a Professional Genealogist for over
35 years. She has been an instructor of Basic and Advanced Genealogical Courses
at Sam Houston State University and has held numerous Genealogical Seminars.
She is also the author of Numerous
Books and articles in the field of Genealogical Research. She is a
member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Daughters of the Republic
of Texas, United Daughters of the Confederacy, Magna Carta Dames, Colonial Dames
of the CXVII Century, and Daughters of the American Colonists. She also offers
a service for the research and preparation of papers for those interested in
joining these organizations. She also offers her services to individuals
who are doing Genealogical Research.
